Stage 1
Before your test
- Book through the test owner's official website and keep your confirmation email.
- Check that the name on your booking matches your ID exactly, including spelling and order.
- Read the test owner's rules for your exam, including rescheduling and cancellation deadlines.
- If you need extra time or other arrangements, apply to the test owner early. Approval can take weeks.
- Plan your route and aim to arrive at least 30 minutes early, or earlier if your confirmation says so.
Stage 2
On the day
- Bring the original ID your test owner requires. For most international tests in Pakistan this is a valid passport. Photocopies are not accepted.
- At check-in, staff verify your ID and may take your photo, signature or palm-vein scan, as the test owner requires.
- Store everything except your ID in a locker: phone (switched off), watch, wallet, bag, notes, food and drink.
- You will be shown to your workstation. Raise your hand if you need help; do not leave your seat without permission.
- Breaks follow the test owner's rules. Unscheduled breaks may still count against your test time.
- If you arrive late, you may not be admitted and your fee may not be refunded. This is the test owner's rule, not ours.
Stage 3
After your test
- Collect your belongings and sign out.
- Results come from the test owner, by email or online account. Check the test page for typical timings.
- If something went wrong during your test, report it to the test owner as soon as possible, using its official complaint process.
